Tending Our Future
The duty of taking care of our planet is now falling on the younger generation. We, who have enjoyed the benefits of unsustainable growth, are leaving the Earth in a fragile state, suffering from global warming and other environmental problems. We have not done enough to change our ways and protect the planet.
Can children really make a difference where we have struggled? These two believe they can. Their actions, though small and innocent, are full of hope and promise. They know they are the generation that must step up while there is still a chance to take care of the Earth and create a sustainable future.
